Terms of service

1. Agreement. These terms are between EFIQ Solutions and the business that signs up ("Customer"). By using efiqone you agree to them.

2. The service. efiqone provides a portal with single sign on and business apps. Features depend on the plan and apps the Customer chooses.

3. Accounts. The Customer's admins invite users and manage access. The Customer is responsible for who it invites and for keeping access groups up to date.

4. Acceptable use. No unlawful use, no attempts to access other organizations' data, no reverse engineering, no overloading the service.

5. Customer data. The Customer owns its data. We use it only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy. On request at the end of the subscription, we provide an export within 30 days and then delete it.

6. Fees and payment. Fees follow the chosen plan and are billed in Indian rupees, monthly or yearly, as the Customer chooses. Invoices are due within 7 days. Prices are exclusive of GST and other applicable taxes, which are added to the invoice.

7. Availability and support. We aim for 99.5% availability and give support as described in the plan. Planned maintenance is announced in advance.

8. Confidentiality. Each party keeps the other's confidential information private.

9. Intellectual property. We own efiqone and its software.

10. Term and termination. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled 7 days before renewal. Either party may end the agreement for a serious breach not fixed within 30 days.

11. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts in Paramakudi, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction.
