Your organization ID tells efiqone which organization you belong to.

Apps flow down
A branch can only use apps its parent has enabled. Nobody below can grant what was not granted above.

An employee lives in one company or branch, and that is their world.

Tiles are enabled and permitted
A person sees an app only if it is enabled for their company and their access group unlocks it.

Create groups like Sales Team or HR Team, choose what each can do in every app, and add people. Change a group once and everyone in it updates. A person in more than one group gets the combined access of all their groups.
